GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. A graduating senior, which includes their entire senior year, at Lincoln High School
2. Plans to attend college or further their education at a higher learning facility
3. Must have two or more years in Symphony Band.
4. Needs letters of recommendation from:
    A. Two teachers
    B. A person in another profession ex. law, medicine, ministry, employer, etc.
5. Submit resume consisting of school activities, awards/achievements, jobs, hobbies/special interests.
6. Any part of the application not included in this form must be turned in to the Counseling Office.
7. Academic record ( transcript) provided by Counseling Office.
8. Possible interview with the Scholarship Committee.
