The CaRMS 2026 cycle is in full swing and we are looking to pair applicants, residents, and staff. We are looking to support CaRMS applicants who identify as muslim women applying to a surgical subspecialty. However, as we are a growing collective, we are also happy to support any medical student in Canada applying for the R1 iteration who identify as Black, Indigenous, racialized and/or 2SLGBTQIA+.
We are looking for any mentors who are residents, fellows or staff in a surgical subspecialty to support this cohort of applications.
We will be dividing our support into two areas of support
1) CaRMS 2026 Written Application Prep -> Personal statements, CVs
2) CaRMS 2026 Interview Preparation
