2. Print off and complete the appropriate college registration form

Note: Your Dual Credit application will only be complete once these two forms have been completed, the necessary signatures obtained and both handed in to your guidance counsellor. ***The Dual Credit Resource Teacher will contact you shortly to set up an interview.

Level 1 Apprenticeship Programs will be offered through Conestoga College. Successful applications will be required to have a Registered Training Agreement/ your own placement with an employer licensed in the Skilled Trade. If you are interested in participating in the OYAP Dual Credits, please indicate below the trade you are working in and you will be contacted by the OYAP Recruiter and/or the Dual Credit Lead teacher.
