Secondary School Teacher ICT Knowledge and Skills Survey
Dear Teacher,

Thank you for taking the time to answer this survey. Your responses are very important.

The Ministry of Education is conducting a comprehensive assessment of teacher ICT knowledge and skills within the teaching service. This will allow for better policy and strategies to improve teacher competency and capacity with regard to Technology Integration in schools.

This survey is being conducted in all secondary schools. Teachers' names and school information will only be collected to plan training activities. Your answers will be kept completely confidential. The results will also be aggregated and will not identify any individual, or school. The names of schools or teachers will NOT be used in any form of presentation.

The Ministry of Education is excited to have Digicel as partner in this survey. Digicel has made available eight (8) brand new smartphones that teachers participating in the survey stand a chance of winning. A winner will be selected from each of the eight educational districts. Please note that your name must be on the form to be eligible to win a smartphone. Fifteen minutes can give you a chance of winning a smartphone from Digicel!!

Thank you,
Germain Anthony
