Disclaimer - Please note that this is our first bridal fair at Zimbali Lodge. Therefore we do not have any data to go by in terms of visitors. Our events attract around 250. We expect around 200 - 300 visitors over the 4 hours (however this could vary).
We provide a table and 2 chairs for each space, however you are welcome to use your own.
Power is available - please bring an extension lead to ensure you can reach the closest plug point.
Set up is from 7am - Event starts at 10am - Event ends at 2pm.
Payments - 50% payment is required on booking (once you have submitted this form - we will invoice you directly via FNB)
Final payment is required 30 days prior to the event
Cancellations - We can only offer refunds for cancelletions made before 30 days prior to the event date. Cancellations made within 30 days will not be refunded.
