I have been practicing and teaching yoga for more than 20 years. I have taught hundreds of students with variable abilities and challenges to achieve a manageable and achievable yoga practice for consistent routine and benefits
In these classes I guide you through a slow, soothing, floor-based
practice to help you ease physical and mental tension. Prepare you for
all that life brings on.
- The program length varies according to the season we are in (Fall session is the longest and Summer is the shortest of all 4 sessions)
- Our virtual Yoga Fusion classes run on Wednesday Evening @7Pm
- And our virtual yoga classes run on Saturday morning @ 9am
