The following form is for people interested in entering the Craftsmanship Category of the Cosplay Contest. A few notes and rules:

1) Characters/Cosplay MUST be from Touhou Project

2) MUST comply with code of conduct rules. (see Cosplay Policies under General Code of Conduct)
