Instrument Hire Terms and Conditions for Parents

I agree to rent from Reigate Grammar School an Instrument in a case ("the instrument") and agree to pay rental to the School termly.

I understand that rental is currently charged at £30 per term and will be added to the School fee invoice in arrears.

I reserve the right to terminate this agreement at the end of any term by giving at least one term's notice, providing the rental has been paid when due and the instrument is returned in good condition to the School's satisfaction.

The School reserves the right to terminate this agreement at the end of any term by giving at least one term's notice.

Rentals are reviewed annually and students are expected to use the school instrument for a maximum of one year ideally and then return it for use by new students.

The instrument remains the property of the School and I agree not to dispose of it in any way whatsoever.

I accept responsibility for any loss or damage even if caused by events outside of my control. The School strongly advises insuring the instrument for loss or damage.

I agree to notify the School immediately in the event of loss or damage to the instrument.

I will not employ any person to carry out work or repairs whatsoever on the instrument, without the permission in writing of the School.
