Waiver & Release of LiabilityI, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in White Tail Running’s Monthly Running Clinic at McCracken Middle School Track involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, weather conditions, and physical exertion. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.
I hereby release and discharge White Tail Running, event organizers, McCracken Middle School, volunteers, and any affiliated sponsors from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in this event. I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation.
I also grant permission for event organizers to use photographs or video footage taken during the event for promotional purposes.
