2026 Earth & Arbor Day Vendor Interest Form
Thank you for your interest in participating in the fourth annual City of Carmel-by-the-Sea Earth & Arbor Day celebration! Please complete this survey to help us plan. Upon confirmation, you will receive vendor instructions and a media package. The event is free for all but booth space is limited. Please respond by January 31st, 2026.

We ask that vendors bring their own tent, weights, table(s), and chair(s) and that tents are standard 10x10 feet or smaller. We do have a few extra tents, and we have some tables and chairs available to loan. Please respond promptly to secure borrowed items. *
