This form can be used to request a regular room booking or a one-off event. Please submit only one form per one off or regular event or meeting. Regular room bookings are allocated on termly basis initially, then ad-hoc dependent on availability after that.
PLEASE NOTE: The Ballroom and Vane Tempest are being used for exams so will NOT be bookable on WEEKDAYS between 13th-31st May. Fridays from 17:00, all day Saturday and Sunday from 13:00 will be available.
Ballroom Availability BEFORE exams is:Monday from 6pmTuesday from 6pm Wednesday from 2pmThursday from 5pmSaturday from 9amSunday from 1pm
After exams the Ballroom isn't being used for lectures so is available all day everyday.
