You understand and agree that all music for your presentation/performance must be on an external USB drive? Music will only be played and operated through our sound software QLab.  *
You understand and agree that you are not permitted to operate any technical equipment owned by DHHS? This includes any lighting equipment, sound equipment (including sound console--you cannot hook into console for recording purposes etc.), and projection equipment. You also agree that you are not permitted to operate the fly system, hang scenery of any type on battens, nor re-weight the fly arbor. You also understand that the use of the projector is for school events only. Not outside use.  *
You understand and agree that your rental includes the use of the space contracted, standard lighting (no special cues/colors/effects), the use of up to 4 wireless microphones, and tables/chairs as requested? No use of the fly system, projectors, tools, tape etc. (You can request special lighting designed by student techs at an additional cost: the hourly rate of your rental) *
You understand and agree that the latest a rental can go is 11:00pm. Your rental (where applicable) MUST be finished and cleaned up by 11:00pm as outlined in the WCSD rental policy? (You are charged by the hour--early arrivals and late stays will result in additional rental cost) *
