We are happy to inform you that Profound will be arranging a Campus Drive by a leading MNC Zensar, Pune for Freshers.


Eligibility Criteria:                  

•     ENGINEERING -  BE/ B.Tech (CS, IT , Electronics) and MCA

•     NON -ENGINEERING -  B.Sc(CS, IT, Electronics) / BCS / BCA / B.Com(IT) / M.Sc(CS, IT, Electronics) / MCS / MCM

•     Minimum 60% of aggregate marks throughout academic career (10th, 12th and Graduation/PG)

•      2015 pass outs & 2016 appeared                              

•      Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills

•      Ready to work in rotational 24 X 7 Shifts. (Company will Provide you Transportation)

Selection Process: Telephonic Interview / GD
                             Online Test (Aptitude & English) from home
                             Technical Interview
                             HR Interview

Post: Engineer ( IT Help Desk Infra )

Role :

•Voice based ticket logging-in and Query resolution in Service desk tool

Ready to work in 24x7 Support environment

Should be having  excellent communication written and verbal

Technical details

•Ticketing, Account registration / Password reset , User management ,Browser issues fixing, Application access, Internet portal access, Email access – basic issues, Provide suggestions /recommendations if any, Windows 7 as OS, Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook, Browser details – IE, Firefox and  chrome, Knowledge of working on AD user management and password reset, Awareness of VPN access

Salary: Rs.3.0  Lacs Per Annum ( Initially a stipend of Rs.10,000 for 3 months during training period )

Joining Date : June 2016

Campus Dates: Within 2-4 days.

Campus Venue: Will be informed later.
