General Facility Guidelines
Avoid rearranging rooms (i.e. tables, chairs, etc) as much as possible.
You are responsible for setup and clean up for this event. This includes:
o Taking the trash out to the dumpster and putting in new liners
o Sweeping the floors in the areas that were used
o Leaving the building as found, if not better
o Making sure all lights are turned off; restrooms and classrooms especially
Begin and end on time, as others may need to use the building. If scheduling needs to be changed, contact the Administrative Office ASAP.
Refusal to adhere to the guidelines will result in the termination of this agreement.
All dates and times can be changed by the Administrative Office.
The facility is unavailable during holidays and other church observances.
