Learn How to Save a Life: Free Community Narcan Training - Hosted by Senator Pete Harckham, Assemblywoman Dana Levenberg and the Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps

Please join New York State Senator Pete Harckham, Assemblywoman Dana Levenberg and the Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps. on Wednesday, May 31 from 6:00-8:30 pm for a free community Narcan training to educate participants on how to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose by administering the nasal spray medication known as Naloxone, an opioid antagonist. 

Over the course of the training, participants will learn how to identify the signs of an opioid overdose and how to administer naloxone. By the end of the training, all participants will leave with a two-year naloxone certification and a free emergency kit with two doses of naloxone and other safety equipment. 

The training will take place at the Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corps headquarters at 8 Clinton Ave, Ossining, NY 10562
