Spiritual Mentorship Men's Application - San Jose Locations
Thank you for your interest in becoming a mentor for a man in CityTeam's Renew Program. CityTeam values the contribution mentors make in the journey of our Renew Residents, but we also recognize that being a mentor is not for everyone. Thank you for understanding that submitting an application does not guarantee that you will qualify to become a mentor.

Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12  

MENTORS GUIDELINE INFORMATION
Required Time Commitment: 1 hour once a week until graduation (up to 10 months)

Who: A Christian man who committed his life to Christ, trusted Jesus as he Lord and Savior and is a disciple that strives to obey the commands of Christ.  We only have men mentor other men.
 
Vision: To become a friend for a man in our program and show what a man of God looks like. Model how you handle adversity, temptations, and other life obstacles. Be a good listener, help them process and navigate the challenges they face, and offer advice where needed.
