Si Yu’os ma’åse’ for participating in Guampedia’s visitor survey. This survey attempts to increase our understanding of Guampedia’s visitors, both residing in the Mariana Islands and abroad, and their personal and cultural connection to the Marianas region.

BY COMPLETING THIS SURVEY, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO PARTICIPATION IN THIS RESEARCH.

This survey contains several questions and should take 15 minutes to complete. Basic demographic questions such as age, education level, and occupation will be included in the survey. Questions relevant to cultural and ethnic identity and the usage of the Guampedia site will also be surveyed.

Risks are minimal. Your identity will be kept anonymous, and all data obtained from you will be secured in password-protected files. Your name will not be used in any publications created from this data. For this survey, any information you provide will be used as data to be coded and analyzed. Surveys will not be linked by IP addresses.

Any significant new findings will be provided to you during the course of this study if requested. You are free to withdraw from this survey at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which you would otherwise be entitled. Should a physical injury occur, appropriate measures will be taken to aid the situation, but no financial compensation will be given.
