Safe Ride Volunteer Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us, we will contact you via email once we have received your completed questionnaire to set up a 20-30 minute training in our office (EMU 12F)!

Why do you want to volunteer for Safe Ride?

How many hours a term are you willing to dedicate tp Safe Ride?
Volunteer shifts are only on Sunday through Thursday and are 2 or 2.5 hours long.
Are you part of a University affiliated organization that requires community service hours?
i.e: Greek life, interships, legally mandated service, clubs etc.
If you are part of another organization, would you like documentation of your hours?
Do you have a valid driver's license?
You only need a valid license if you would like to drive one of our vans.
Are you currently van certified through Safe Ride or another organization at UO?
Have you completed the van training and gotten a drivers card from Parking and Transportation?
If you are not currently van certified, would you like to become van certified?
Volunteers are not required to have this or to drive - this is only if you would like too!
What do you know about sexual assault on college campuses?

Safe Ride is a part of the UO Women's Center and is a feminist organization
