Kansas City Textile Studio
Debbie Barrett Jones and Kim Eichler-Messmer are planning to start up a textile studio in Kansas City that will be equipped with basic dyeing, sewing, quilting, and other textile/fiber art related equipment. We feel that it is difficult to do a lot of things at home because of space issues and safety factors related to dyeing. We want the space to be available to other artists/crafters/hobbyists in the area for daily or weekly rental. We are also planning to offer workshops and classes and would be open to other people renting the space to teach their own workshops. Please let us know what you think of the following questions and feel free to forward this to anyone else you know who might be interested.
