Every month, we select 8 outstanding employees from among those who have submitted Employee of the Month nomination forms correctly. These deserving individuals are notified of their selection in a unique and memorable manner. As part of their recognition, they receive:
- A personalized congratulatory letter
- A commemorative plaque to honor their achievement
- An invitation to attend a special recognition breakfast hosted by the Superintendent
In addition to these tangible tokens of appreciation, our selected Employees of the Month are given the spotlight on the CCUSD website and our social media platforms. We proudly share a group photo from the recognition breakfast, celebrating their dedication and excellence.
Please make sure to provide detailed examples of how the nominee consistently exhibits the following qualities of an Employee of the Month:
