PPC SERVICE MERITS APPLICATION

Thank you for volunteering for Professional Photographers of California and its affiliates. We recognize your support through our Service Awards. Service merits are also part of the requirements for the prestigious California Master Photographer Degree.

  • Please fill out this form for your support and participation at the state and affiliate levels. This form is based on our Schedule of Merits: the number listed behind each item is the number of merits per year you receive for that particular item, unless otherwise stated.

  • If you have attended West Coast School (WCS) and PPC workshops, your merits will be added to your report automatically. No need to report on this form.

  • NO PAST YEAR SUBMISSIONS. You may only submit for the current year (2023) -- please include planned activities up to December 31. Your submission will be subject to verification.

  • Please submit this form by Wednesday, November 15, 2023. A report will be sent via email once your merits are confirmed/verified.

  • Any earned awards will be presented in the annual Awards ceremony to be held in 2024.
