Big Tattoo Meltdown 2026 Artist Application
We've streamlined our application process so we can collect all the information we need to register you for the show in advance - however, due to some technical issues we have removed the file uploads from the application. If you are successful, we will contact you via email to request images of you, your work, your license and insurance documentation. Please have these ready to avoid delays in the process! 

If you would like to sell / trade products from your tattoo booth - for example, aftercare/tattoo products, taxidermy, candles or jewellery etc you may require a trade booth to do so. We do our best to ensure there is little cross over for the traders to create an environment with minimal competition, but at some recent events artists have been bringing full-on trade setups to their booth and undercutting traders at the event. If you would like to trade from your booth please contact us directly for approval.

Artist merch such as artwork prints, paintings, stickers, t-shirts and tote bags are absolutely fine.

Please bear in mind selecting multiple styles will not make your application stronger. If the images you submit do not match the styles selected, we will not list you as working in these styles.

If booking multiple booths, please make sure your other artists apply and select 0. Please bear in mind if you are booking for multiple artists you will be invoiced for the total amount booked unless requested otherwise. 

You do not need to book multiple booths to ensure you are positioned together. If you would like to be positioned near a friend just let us know - artists applying from the same studio will be positioned together.
How would you like to pay for your booth *
If you choose to pay in 2 instalments, the first payment will be invoiced immediately. This will secure your position at the show. The second payment shall then be invoiced with a due date of 28th February 2026. All entrants making multiple payments shall receive reminders pre-deadline as non-payment within the timeframe shall lead to forfeiture of the booth.
If your booth has already been booked by another artist, please tell us their name / studio.
Will you be taking Pre-booking, Walk-ups or Both?
This does not affect your application and is only for your social media post if you are successful - you can change this any time by just dropping us a message. If you plan to bring a client for competition please select None and we will advertise you as "fully booked".
