Membership data is stored for three years on the Athletics Ireland membership database before being securely deleted. CLUB AGREEMENT   By returning this completed form, I agree to my son/daughter taking part in the activities of the club. I understand that I am responsible for my athlete/son/daughter immediately before and after every club session(including training sessions, events, social etc.)                                                                                                                          Children must be collected from track gate after training sessions, as the car park can be very dangerous!
I understand that it is my responsibility to keep the club updated with all relevant information, especially emergency contacts and medical details.
