2025 Refocus Volunteer Signup
The Refocus Film Festival is a multi-day festival that celebrates the art of adaptation. Through thoughtfully curated film programming, multidisciplinary live performances, and opportunities to connect, Refocus Film Festival brings to Iowa City a vibrant, wholly unique annual festival that spotlights source material—literature, journalism, photography, music, art, podcast, and more—and presents its evolution of voice, perspective and medium to the big screen.

The festival will take place Thursday, October 9th through October 12th.

Want to be involved? Volunteers will be needed for a variety of duties throughout the weekend. Sign up here!
