PUMC Flea Market Space Rental form
Pasadena United Methodist Church will be having a Parking Lot Flea Market on Saturday September 8, 2018 from 7am to 2pm at 61 Ritchie Hwy. Vendors can rent a lot (approx. 300 sq ft - double parking space) for $25. No reservation needed, lots will be on a first come first serve basis; however you can use this form to pre-register your space. The Parking Lot will open at 6am for setup. Additional information and rules:

• Bring your own tables.
• Park your vehicle in your space. Trailers & trucks 20' or longer must take 2 spaces.
• No Sale of food/water or drinks that will be consumed on premise.
• No Dogs allowed on Flea Market property.
• NO Illegal sales, NO sales of Sexual Material, NO Gun sales, NO sales of Drug Paraphernalia.
• No sale of animals dead or alive, or any part of an animal, per Maryland DNR.
• Trash cans are for paper goods only. Boxes, clothes, trash or debris cannot be left by any Homeowner or vendor at any time.


When pre-registering, payment must be received prior to event to guarantee your lot(s). Checks can be made out to:
"Pasadena United Methodist Church" with Parking Lot Flea Market in the memo line.

Payments can be dropped off at the Church Office M-F from 9am to 3pm or mailed to:
