*Please note based on operational guidelines any school submitting a registration form and payment late after the deadline, will be accessed a $10 late fee per registrant. Deadline to submit form and payment is Wednesday, September 10th, 2025.
If your institution has mailed the check but it may not arrive by the deadline, we kindly request that you send an email or written confirmation from your Business Office stating that the check has been sent. This documentation will ensure that your institution does not incur a late fee while the check is in transit.
*Please note due to operational costs to allow institutions to pay with credit card, we've had to add a 4% credit card fee. If you choose to pay by card an invoice with link to pay will be sent to you after the completed registration form is completed.
*Please remember to obtain consent for releasing the SGA President and Vice President's name and email address prior to providing this information to the N4CSGA (you can put N/A if you are unable to share)
For schools paying via check, make the check payable to “N4CSGA" by Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Institutional checks should be mailed to the NC Community College System, Attn: Tiffany Skouby, at the following address:
