  Please note that filling out an application does not guarantee a booth at the 2025 Fright and Bite Event.

Fright and Bite - A family-friendly spooky market

Date: Saturday, October 18th

VENDOR OPPORTUNITY

Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Applications MUST be received by October 15th, 2025. Spots may fill up fast

Hours of Operation: The required hours of operation are Saturday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. The setup Time starts at 7:00 am. Take-down starts after 5:00 pm. If you wish to set up before the event on Friday night, please call or email us 48 hours before the event. Notice: There is no overnight security.  

Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your approval.

Electricity: Electricity is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. 

Location: We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product, or attraction. At the vendor coordinator's discretion, vendor location may be moved, before setup, for any reason.

Additional Requirements: 

Business licenses and general liability insurance are required for this location.

You are not allowed to sell popcorn. If you sell popcorn you will be asked to leave.
