2nd Assessment Questions
Hi,
Thank you for your interest in working with Express Transportation LLC. 
Please have the 2 forms sent via email filled out and submitted in order to be scheduled for an in-person interview or video live interview.  

****NOTE: 
Pay is based on performance; performance reviews are offered every 90 days.  

REQUIREMENTS:
*2 forms of identification (DL, SS Card,) 

*Full coverage insurance with your name on the insurance card. 

*All Candidates are required to give a $65 deposit to cover possible grievances while working with Express Transportation (The deposit is refunded after 90 days if you have 0 grievances against you).

*You must have a 2015 or newer vehicle. Fleet vehicle options are not available in all locations- please ask.
(This job requires new hires to use their personal vehicles for the first 90-day probation period to eliminate risks unless otherwise stated- please ask)

*Compliance Testing

*Pass a Drug Test 

*Background Check

*CPR/ Wound Care Certification

* Work Maps 

* Be able to drive in the City and Heavy Traffic safely

* Pass a DOT physical and be able to lift 60lbs

* Other Testing and requirements may not be listed ...

NOTE:
All testing and certifications (including drug test and background checks) must be completed to move forward.  Drug tests can be completed during orientation or completed at a partner location {MAY BE RANDOM}
