Grant of PermissionI hereby grant to DJP Creative, its representatives, employees, agents, successors, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, videotape, record, and use my name, voice, image, likeness, appearance, performance, and statements in connection with the production of the music video titled Take Me by Savy Mae.
I understand that these materials may be used in whole or in part for promotional, advertising, marketing, social media, streaming, broadcast, theatrical, and other lawful purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity.
Music and Audio AcknowledgmentParticipant understands that this production is a music video created in connection with the song Take Me by Savy Mae. Participant grants permission for their image, likeness, performance, and appearance to be synchronized with the music, lyrics, and audio recordings associated with the project.
Participant understands that the music video may be publicly distributed through platforms including YouTube, streaming services, social media, websites, promotional campaigns, television, live events, and other media formats worldwide and in perpetuity.
Participant acknowledges that they have no ownership rights, approval rights, royalties, or claims to the music, recording, composition, or final edited production unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
