The Global Organization Design Society is working to spread awareness and skilled use of the only science-based system for implementing strategy by establishing organizational structure, deploying staff and implementing managerial leadership practices.  It was developed by Dr. Elliott Jaques and called Requisite Organization or Stratified Systems Theory.

Nancy R. Lee, President of Requisite Organization Associates, Inc., is one of the field's most experienced Requisite consultants.   She was mentored over the years by Dr. Jaques, worked with him on projects, practiced Requisite Organization as he taught it, and benefited from Jaques's careful editing of the first edition of her book, The Practice of Managerial Leadership.  Nancy has served on the Society board where she has championed professional development in the field, and generously shared her knowledge both by volunteering to lead conference training workshops and by sharing materials on the Society's website.

Her book describes Dr. Elliott Jaques' body of work called Requisite Organization in a linear, easy-to-read style.  This book is written for managers, academics, students and practitioners who are interested in or involved in structuring, staffing and managing organizations.
