You can pick up the keys to the property and drop off payment at my home in Baltimore, 26 N. Chester Street, Baltimore 21231. The keys are in a key safe on the stair railing: the combo is 7488. Payment is cash only, unless otherwise agreed on. You can leave payment at my house in the mailslot when you pick up the keys.

Rentals are $50 per night during the week (Su-Th night) and $80 during weekends (F-Sa night). All renters will be spaced 48 hours apart to allow for safety between visits.

You must return the keys by the end-of-day the following day, i.e., if you have stayed until Sunday, you must return the keys to the lockbox end-of-day Monday.

The trapezoidal key is for the front and side entry door: the diamond-shaped key is for the unit. There are no staff on premises, so be sure to keep your keys on you at all times.

Because of COVID-19 we request that you do not bring any other visitors into the unit.

The property address is One Virginia Avenue, Rehoboth Beach DE 19971. It is on the North end of town by Lake Gerar.  

Because of COVID-19, you’ll need to bring a few extra things than usual. Here’s a list of the items you will need to bring:

• King size sheets, extra blankets

• Bath and beach towels

• Hand sanitizer

• Beach accouterments

• Shampoo, soap, etc.  

Do not bring pets. Sadly pets, besides owners pets are not allowed. Send them a nice postcard, maybe.

You can check into the property at 10am on the day your rental period starts. You should check out by 5pm the day your rental period ends.

VERY IMPORTANT: I will not be hiring housekeeping to keep rental costs as low as possible: because of this, and COVID-19 you'll need to clean extra well when you leave. This means wiping down all surfaces (kitchen, bath, tabletops, etc) with sanitizer of some sort and vacuuming. Remember that the place should be as clean as you'd want it to be if you were just arriving.

Cancellations must be given via email or phone 48 prior to your rental period. If you cancel after that, you will need to pay a $50 cancellation fee.
