The objkt Labs Residency will bring together 12 artists online for an 8-week collaborative learning experience, guided by 4 expert mentors and distinguished guest speakers.
Centered on four key themes—Creation, Community, Communication, and Curation—the objkt Labs Residency explores what it means to be an artist in the age of AI: how to navigate the NFT space, build an authentic online presence, and form meaningful partnerships with curators, institutions, and galleries.
Notable mentors include artists Kevin Abosch, Boris Eldagsen, and Margaret Murphy, along with Anika Meier, curator of the objkt Labs Residency. Guest contributors include leading voices from organizations such as Trilitech and objkt—for example, Aleksandra Art, Head of Arts at Trilitech, and Kika Nicolela, Head Curator at objkt. Additional guest speakers will be announced soon.
The residency culminates in a group NFT release and an exhibition presented both online and offline.
Six artists have been invited, and six spots remain open for applicants in this call. The first objkt Labs Residency will start in mid-October.
