Is AI literacy necessary? And if so, who teaches it?

As generative AI becomes embedded in most of the tech tools we use daily — such as search engines, word processors, and phones — what kinds of skills are needed to understand, navigate, and work with this technology? We want to hear your ideas and strategies.
