Jubilee Hub Consultation 2025
Purpose of the Consultation
The consultation seeks the views and opinions of Saffron Walden residents. 

We are particularly keen to hear from residents that currently attend the activities at Jubilee Hub, to understand what elements of the service are most important to you.  We are also keen to hear from those that do not currently use the services to understand why you do not use the services.

Your response will help to inform the future direction and services offered from Jubilee Hub.  This data will be used to deliver an enhanced community service and make further improvements to the building and infrastructure.

What is in the consultation?  
The survey has been broken down into convenient sections, splitting out the nature of the questions.  

The first section asks for factual information about you.  Gathering this information will help us to identify any potential trends in demographics, including by age or location.

The following sections ask you to specifically consider your experience using Jubilee Hub and to understand what services you wish to keep, change or potentially add - and views on the facility itself. 

How will the information be used?
Responses from this consultation will help to inform the future direction, improve the offering and services delivered from Jubilee Hub.  By illustrating a strong community voice, it will also support a substantial bid to The National Lottery.

All responses will be confidentially held and any identifiable information you may give will be removed and anonymised, individuals will not be identified in any public reports.
