This is an extension to a previous survey but you do not need to have taken the original to take this one. We gathered a lot of valuable information for our engineering project involving cell phone charging cords through the original survey and hope to get the same benefits from this survey. When or if you break a charging cord, what type of replacement cord would you most likely buy? *
At what type of store would you be most likely to buy a new cord? *
If you have ever had an off brand charger, have you ever experienced compatibility issues? *
Compatibility issues can be anything from your phone not accepting a charge or not playing music over a dock. Often times the alert, "Charging is not supported with this accessory," will be displayed.
If presented with the opportunity to purchase an accessory that supports your Apple brand charger and prevents your current charger from breaking, how much money would you be willing to spend? *
