Is your congregation and its leadership committed to the authority of scripture as God's infallible Word? *
Does your congregation accept the Westminster Confession as a faithful summary of God's Word and hold to it in good faith? *
Does your congregation hold to the Biblical definition of marriage as between one man and one woman and that sexual relations are to be confined to this covenantal union?  *
Is your congregation committed to remaining in the PC(USA) to be a firm Biblical witness? *
Is your congregation committed to being involved in Presbytery and other denominational structures?  *
Is your congregation committed to supporting conservative/traditional pastoral candidates who seek ordination in the PC(USA)? *
Will your congregation make sure to only select future pastors and elders who hold to the above commitments? *
The Session of this PC(USA) church has approved the above answers and wishes to become an official Presbyterians for the Kingdom church *
