Mission GalaCON Youth Legacy Initiative Application
Welcome to the Mission GalaCON Youth Legacy Initiative. 

We are selecting the inaugural class of Emerging Leaders for an 8-week leadership and development experience designed to equip young people with practical skills, meaningful relationships, mentorship, industry exposure, and opportunities that support their future. 

The program will explore financial literacy, entrepreneurship, career development, professional readiness, leadership, and personal growth while connecting participants with accomplished professionals, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and mentors. Selected participants will be introduced as the Inaugural Emerging Leaders Cohort during Mission GalaCON 2026 and become part of a growing community designed to provide continued exposure, mentorship, and opportunities beyond the initial program. 

The experience includes four in-person sessions in Metro Atlanta and four virtual sessions. This application helps us understand your interests, goals, aspirations, and what you hope to gain from the experience. 

Participation requires a commitment to completing the program.

Mission GalaCON documents its programs and events through photography, video, audio, interviews, and other media. These materials may be used to share the impact of the Youth Legacy Initiative, recognize participants, communicate with supporters and partners, and promote Mission GalaCON and its programs.
