In case you are not an invited speaker, we expect you to do your own reservation with the hotels indicated on our web page. They have a special price for conference participants.

For diverse organisational expenses, we expect everybody (including invited speakers) to pay a participation fee of 50 euros, to be paid upon arrival. The fee is waived if you declare that your institution do not cover it.
