Bundle Deal Package Overview

Each bundle deal includes:

1. Delivery up to 5 miles (additional miles $1.50 per mile)
2. One activity to two activity monitors

3. Setup (approximately 1 -2 hour before the event)
4. Breakdown (approximately 1-2 hour after agreed rental time)

5. Extended rental time available for an additional fee

Contract and Deposit:

1. A contract with a 50% deposit will be due to secure event date.
2. 20% of the deposit is non-refundable after any work has begun or 3 weeks before the event.

3. Any special purchase fees and or custom purchase fees are non-refundable.

Payment options are:

1. Check (made out to City Motivators) must be paid in full 1weeks before your event.

2. Zelle-feliciawalker@citymotivators.org Must be paid in full 2days before your event

3. CashApp ($citymotivators) Must be paid in full 2days before your event.

Resource and Event Support:

1. Resource and event support available upon request. Additional fees may apply for this service.

Individual pricing available upon request but will not include deal pricing.
