Thank you for taking the time to sign up!  Serial Swappers is an ongoing project to help bring greater attention to serial fiction online, help us share our audiences, turn people on to new serials they might never have otherwise read, and challenge each other and ourselves as writers and artists.  Each swap has a particular theme.  It's time again for our annual April Fools swap.  

The idea is to write a post for the serial you are chosen to write for. The idea is to try and fool the reader for as long as possible, before revealing the fool in a big finale. (My personal favorites are the Rick roll ending, and the time that someone started singing the theme to Fresh Prince, in character. )  Because of the serial nature, and the month lead up time, sometimes writing something that ties in perfectly is hard to do.  You are welcome to write a side story or interlude, or to communicate with your swap.  

Swaps will not be done even steven, you will not be writing the serial of the same person writing you.  The idea is to make a nice ring of swaps, to get other people reading.  Final swap order will be determined randomly, with possible changes to the lineup based on size and popularity (I wont let, for example, Legion of Nothing and Super Powereds write each other. We have to spread the celebrity around. ) as well as my own sadistic pleasu... I mean, balance and fun!
