2024 Fun Fair Artisan Registration Form
You're invited to be a part of our 14th Annual Summer Fun Fair at the Kadampa World Peace Temple located in Glen Spey, NY, attracting hundreds of Delaware River Valley residents, local and traveling artists, vendors, and musicians.  All taking place on our beautiful grounds surrounded by 82 acres of woodlands. 100% of the proceeds we raise at this event (i.e. booth fees, our own cafe, etc.) go directly to the International Temples Project, a non-profit organization, building qualified world peace temples internationally.

The fair will be held on Saturday, July 6th, from 11 am – 5 pm, in Glen Spey, NY.
Please fill out this online application.  Once your application is received you will be emailed a paypal link so you can pay online directly, and then we'll send final confirmation email when your payment is verified.
10' x 10' space: $15 before June 17, $25 after
10' x 20' space: $30 before June 17, $40 after
**we will pre-assign spaces to ensure easy set-up and make sure vendors selling similar items are spaced throughout.

Additional info:
The grounds will be open at 9 am on July 6 for vendors to begin setting up.  If you are local or coming the evening before, you may set up your tent/table and/or merchandise the previous evening but we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Vendor space will be on a grassy outdoor space, therefore overhead tents are recommended. All vendors will need to supply their own tables, tents, and chairs.  The event will continue rain or shine.

In addition to vendors, the fair will also include:
Children's games, arts and crafts, face painting, temple tours, guided meditations, book shop, dessert cafe, fresh food, live music, and more.

Stay the Weekend:  Whether you live locally or commute, feel free to make a weekend of the event to fully enjoy the temple and surroundings!  We have hiking trails, great food, and beautiful temple to enjoy onsite.  We are located just miles away from the Mongaup River entrance and several offsite hiking trails.  Dorms, shared rooms, private rooms, and camping are available onsite Friday and Saturday evenings for affordable prices. Accommodations include breakfast.  Lunch and dinner are only $7 each.  You could come early Friday or stay Saturday evening.  Sunday will include a meditation/teaching from 11:00-12:30 p.m. (by donation) and a vegetarian lunch ($7) from 1:00-2:00 .p.m.  Please call 845-856-9000 for more information about booking an accommodation and meals.
