Lead Together: A Collaborative Summit Across Sectors, a premier event hosted by Marymount University on September 18-19, 2026, dedicated to fostering cross-sector collaboration among healthcare, education, business, and technology professionals. Engage with industry leaders, exchange strategic insights, and develop innovative solutions to address complex challenges. This summit offers a unique platform to strengthen partnerships and drive impactful, transformative leadership across diverse sectors.
We are delighted that you are submitting a proposal for this exciting and important 2026 leadership summit. Please note that for your proposal to be considered, ALL requested information must be provided. It is highly recommended that you keep a copy of your "proposal abstract" and "proposal description" in Microsoft Word as a backup. Please review all information prior to final submission.
PROPOSALS ARE DUE BY April 15, 2026. Please note that all presenters and co-presenters must be registered for the summit in order to present and to be listed in the program.

Presentation Strands: 4
1. Leadership Trends & Innovation
Focus on emerging trends, innovative practices, and cutting-edge approaches shaping leadership today. Presenters should highlight novel ideas, new methodologies, or forward-thinking concepts that challenge and expand traditional leadership models.
2. Leadership Systems & Solutions
Examine the design, implementation, and effectiveness of leadership systems and practical solutions within organizations or communities. Presenters are encouraged to share research, case studies, crisis and change management, or strategies that demonstrate systemic change and innovative approaches to leadership development.
3. Leadership Research & Policy
Contribute to understanding leadership through rigorous research that informs policy and decision-making. Presenters should link empirical findings to policy implications, illustrating how research can influence the development of effective leadership policies and frameworks.
4. Leadership Strength through Partnerships
Highlight the importance of collaborations, strategic alliances, and partnerships in enhancing leadership capacity. Presenters are encouraged to share successful examples of how partnerships have strengthened leadership effectiveness and organizational impact.

Platform Presentation Sessions
Two 30-minute presentations are scheduled consecutively within a 60-minute session, offering diverse perspectives on related topics. This format facilitates knowledge sharing and cross-disciplinary dialogue in a concise timeframe.
Participants discuss real-world cases around facilitated tables, promoting collaborative problem-solving and experiential learning. These interactive sessions last 60 minutes, encouraging peer exchange and practical insights.
Expert panels explore trending or significant issues through interactive discussion. Participants are encouraged to engage via Q&A and small group activities, fostering deeper understanding and innovative ideas. Sessions last 60 minutes and emphasize active participation.
Featuring visually engaging posters, these sessions enable presenters to quickly showcase their research or projects. Attendees can browse, engage with presenters, and participate in in-depth discussions. Posters remain accessible throughout the conference, with scheduled unopposed sessions.
These 15-minute presentations deliver concise, impactful summaries of research or projects. Attendees experience rapid-fire talks that promote dynamic exchanges, networking, and immediate feedback within a focused timeframe.
