Dear Parents,

Day 3 marks the final stage of team selection and tournament preparation as we narrow down the field to form two competitive teams: Blue and Gold. Based on player performance from the first two days, athletes will be placed onto these final teams, each consisting of one goalie and eleven field players to ensure ample playing time. Following further evaluations, a final selection team will be named, which may include one or two goalies and twelve field players for upcoming elite competitions.

The day will begin with a one hour practice session dedicated to team strategies and game concepts to prepare players for high-level competition. After a 30-minute warm-up, teams will compete in a full game with standard 6-minute quarters. At halftime, the top five shooters from each team will participate in a shootout, adding an exciting competitive element while assessing shooting accuracy under pressure. After the game, coaches will hold a team meeting to provide individualized feedback, highlighting both strengths and areas for improvement. The final rosters will be published on our website, solidifying selections for upcoming tournaments.
