The American Film Institute Directing Workshop for Women will be hosting the workshop at the 2013 Athena Film Festival: a celebration of women and leadership. The workshop, which will will take place on February 8, 2013 from 10am-1pm at Barnard College in NYC, will accept a maximum of 24 participants. Applications are open to female filmmakers (writers/directors/producers) of all levels that have a short film idea they would like to develop into a script.
Three spaces will be reserved for Barnard students.
Applications are due by midnight on December 15, 2012. Selected participants will be notified in mid-January, 2013.
