CARPS Community Advocate Form
Hello! This is the CARPS Community Advocate Form. This form is intended to report issues generally pertaining to:

- Aggressive behavior (including threatening behavior / severe bullying)
- Sexual Harassment
- Staff Misconduct
- Theft

Your ticket will go to the whole Advocate Team, which consists of:
-  Leon Romzek,  Advocate Head
- Sandy Kammiga
- Reena Pang
- Kyle Minichino

We will take the ticket to GMs as soon as we are able.
