2026-2027 KSA Club Member Interest Form
Hi KSA Fam! We are very excited that you're interested in becoming a member of KSA for the 2026-2027 school year! For the 2026-2027 year, KSA membership forms will be accessible solely on Google Forms. Before we get into the logistics of membership fees, remember that there are perks of becoming a member of KSA, such as:
  • GroupMe with special access to interviews from different professionals in the kinesiology field
  • KSA Member Spotlights
  • Eligibility to purchase KSA 2026-27 merchandise
  • Free entry to the 5K CSUDH Run/Walk
  • Free polo shirt or hat of your choice!
  • Free entry to opportunity drawings
Once you click Submit, you must provide proof of payment in order to complete your Membership Form. We have three payment options available:
  • Cash (Exact change only)
  • Cash App
  • Zelle
If you are unable to pay for membership using the payment options provided, please inform a Board member as soon as possible. As for providing proof of payment, we have two confirmation methods available:
  • Email - Email your screenshot of the confirmation of your electronic payment to kin.csudh@gmail.com.
  • Instagram - Send your screenshot of the confirmation of your electronic payment via direct messages to @csudhkinesiology.
