Syncro Early Access: End-User Portal - Custom Domains

We are excited to launch the Early Access program for Custom Domains, letting your team serve the End User Portal on a domain you own instead of a Syncro-branded URL.

Once enabled, you'll be able to:

  • Add your domain in Admin Settings: Enter the domain you want, then get the CNAME record to add at your DNS provider. No support ticket required.
  • Skip manual verification: Syncro detects when your CNAME has propagated and confirms domain ownership automatically.
  • Skip certificate management entirely: Once ownership is verified, your SSL certificate is issued and activated, and it renews on its own as long as the CNAME stays in place.
  • Keep old links working: Your original mymsp.syncromsp.com/portal URL redirects automatically to your new domain, so bookmarks and existing emails still land correctly.

This feature is built for MSPs who want their branded client experience to carry through to the portal URL itself.
