The first episode of "CHICAGO PD", Ep 101, begins filming this week.  Shooting starts on Wed Sept 4th.

We will use this form and the answers you provide to fill the slots we need for this episode.

Please answer honestly when giving your availability.  One of the worst things for us is counting on someone being available because they said they were and then having them pull out or not show up at the last minute.

We will need some extras with cars this episode.  If we use you with your car it pays $75/8 + $35 car bump.  They want to stick to all darker colored vehicles (no bright yellows, blues, green, red or white).  

To utilize this form, you MUST be currently registered with Atmosphere Casting.  We do this to ensure that we have all of your information and pictures on file before we book you.  If you just fill out this form and we have no info or pictures of you, we will not book you to work, so please make sure you are registered prior to submitting this form.

If you are not registered and need instructions on how to do so, simply answer "No" on the Eligibility Verification question, and you will be taken to a page detailing how to register with us.

By submitting your answers to this form, you are stating that you have 100% OPEN AVAILABILITY for all of the shooting dates that you select.  This means, if/when I call or email you to work, you will be available, regardless of the date or time of the shoot.

Finally, please answer the form HONESTLY.  If you have no driving experience or have never worked with a car on set, DO NOT lie about it, thinking that it will get you on set.
