I would greatly appreciate your input on this question--it will directly affect what choices I make for a project I'm doing specifically for you, my readers, in the near future.

Special Edition Volume

If you were going to purchase a print copy of a book (as opposed to e-book), and it was a signed, special edition version of the book, and would be the only print version of the book available for about six months, which would you prefer:

$12: paperback, signed & numbered, with swag

$16: paperback, signed and numbered, with a fancier cover and details, plus nicer swag

$28: hardcover with dust jacket, signed and numbered, plus swag

$35+: Super fancy hardcover (i.e. clothbound with slip box), signed and numbered, fancy swag
