Vendor(S) Setup time is from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. 
Welcoming Circle 10:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Vendor(S) Tear Down begins no earlier than 5:00 p.m.

Dear Reader, Practitioner, or Vendor, you are invited to participate in the Wimberley Metaphysical
& Holistic Fair. Please return the completed signed copy of your application to Sheryl Martin as
soon as possible to take advantage of the On-Time Registration (OT) and to secure your space, as
it is limited. Applications and payments received after the on-time registration deadline will be
considered LATE Registration (Late) and will be accepted if space is available with an additional
fee. Please maintain a copy of your application for your records.

* Each vendor must have hand sanitizer at their table and available for fair patrons.

There is no food sold at event and limited places to purchase food. Consider bringing lunch & snacks with you.
